A carpenter by day and writer by night, author Jeff Knox lives with his wife and six beautiful children in the Canadian countryside. He wrote this story, among many others, for his children to enjoy. He hopes to share the gospel through his storytelling.
A homeschool mother of six, illustrator Angela Knox has been painting educational and creative illustrations for her children's art shop. Through painting, she found solace and has been painting ever since. She began this project in honor of her late Nana and hopes to bring glory to Jesus through her work.

A precious gem from cover to cover, Harriet Hare has all the attributes you look for in a children’s picture book. The book has been very well thought out, including certain words highlighted within the lovely prose for the purpose of teaching new vocabulary. Those words can be found in the back pages as a spelling or learning new definitions list!
I have always had a fondness for children’s picture book art. Harriet Hare has the softest and sweetest original watercolor illustrations. I loved the surface pattern art on the end covers as well as enjoying the animals individual homes. Parents can easily use the book as a search and find, especially within the individual rooms within the homes. I would love to see Harriet Hare developed into a stuffed animal!
The bonus pages in the back of the book are truly so much fun and add so much depth to the book. Who doesn’t love a heritage recipe that you could easily make with your children? The true story of Harriet Hare is encapsulated in the last page within “Grandpa’s Message”, a beautiful way to offer God’s gift to all!

This book is SO pretty. With it's beautiful linen cover and gold writing, absolutely gorgeous pictures inside, and heartwarming story, this book was well worth every penny! Cannot wait to gift it!
