Righteousness by Dr. Irene Surya
The God of righteousness and justice,
Awesome in wisdom and power
calls to synchronize our life
in harmony with Him.
He is the marvelous creator,
The righteous God,
Who has heaven as His throne
And earth as His footstool.
He is the mighty king,
Who calls to righteousness,
Who left His throne above
To save the fall of man.
He is the sacrificial lamb,
Who makes a man righteous,
Through His death on the cross
And resurrection to glory.
He is the holy triune God,
Who loves righteousness,
That they may radiate His glory.
He is the merciful High priest,
The Alpha and the Omega.
With the hope of righteousness,
Let us press on to eternal life.
Dr. Irene Surya has published a book of poems, In Solitude with God. In addition, her poems have been published in Agape Review magazine. She loves and serves the Lord with her husband in India. She is a devout mother to her two daughters and has earned her doctorate in Engineering from a premium institution. Currently, she is working as a research analyst in a research company.
