 FAQs

  • We ship our books internationally to Canada and the USA through our website. However, should you desire our books from Australia, Europe, or another country, we kindly ask that you email us directly to give you a fair shipping quote. This helps both of us not overprice or underpay. It takes longer than clicking checkout, but this is something we’re willing to take the time to ship fairly to our customers for their review. In addition, we do not pay for Customs Duties at the moment. We are a small independent publisher. Please note that shipping fees will be added to the total including applicable duties and import taxes. This does not apply to Canadian orders, as Customs Duty won't be added.

  • Calla Press Publishing LLC offers a standard trade discount of 40% that involves a 10-book minimum order of any books (no returns for wholesale). An invoice will be sent upon a retailer’s request by emailing callapresspublishing@gmail.com. The invoice will include a book quote, added shipping/fees, and customs duty (if applicable).

Please write “Retailer” in your subject line. Retailers receive 40% wholesale discount on 15 books or more.

Most wholesale orders ship within 3-5 business days.
