Cape by Katharine Grubb
This
way,
through
patches of
seagrass, His
love stretches beyond
Plymouth.
That
way,
across
shells, seaweed, His
mercy reaches worlds
further than Provincetown.
“My
faithfulness
is wider than the
beach,” He says.
Sky
around me,
I cling to him,
sand on wet skin.
