Dear reader,

This is my first issue of Floras Magazine, in the hopes to uplift and encourage you on your journey with mental illness.

Trust me when I say, I know the road is long and often feels like a desert, just endlessly stretching before you, leaving you hopeless for an end. I know. I feel you and I believe in your pain.

Yet, don’t we serve such a good and gracious Father who takes us out of that dry land into land with gushing streams of living water?

Yes, beloved. We have a God who can pull us out and set our feet on solid ground.

This magazine is for women struggling with mental illness and who desire to share their personal stories of struggling and/or overcoming their illness. From depression to IED, all are welcome to share stories of their own journey.

Remember, you are blossoming during your own season of flora into who God has beautifully designed you to be.
