Finding Him by Melissa Neeb

Find Him in the tiny droplets of rain kissing your upturned face.
In the warmth of your morning coffee spreading through your belly.
In the feather-soft skin of an infant.

In the crunch of autumn leaves under your feet on a winding dirt path.
In the pre-dawn dewdrop cascading down a blade of grass.

Find Him in the quiet between your thoughts.
In your steady heartbeat that punctuates your simple prayers.

In the goosebumps that
tap dance on your flesh;

In the healing that flows in your unwasted tears.
Find Him in everything beautiful that your eyes see, every sweet lullaby that whispers in your ears, every lovely smell that breezes bring, and every joyful thing your hands caress.

Find Him there. Find Him within.
Let His voice speak life over you.
Let every breath be a way to worship.
